Miratech is seeking a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build a scalable routing platform powering enterprise-scale contact center operations. You will develop core routing engines for intelligent distribution of voice and digital interactions in real time, using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies.
Responsibilities include implementing routing algorithms, ensuring high availability, and designing APIs for routing configuration and integration with telephony, messaging,
