Thrive in Toronto seeks an experienced executive engineering leader below the CTO. You will own delivery commitments, lead four engineering teams, and align with three business units to deliver a platform used by governments and enterprises.
You will manage managers, drive capacity decisions, and build levelling/frameworks with our Head of People. The role has real authority and CTO backing, with equity and a performance bonus.
