FCL is hiring an experienced Project Manager II to oversee capital construction projects in its Facilities, Design & Development team. This position is ideal for individuals with a minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management. Key responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships, procurement activities, and ensuring projects meet FCL standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead capital projects through all phases from planning to closeout
• Act as primary contact for project stakeholders
• Manage consultant and contractor selections for projects
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and contractor performance
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
Requirements:
• 8+ years of relevant experience in project management
• Bachelor’s Degree; Engineering preferred
• Robust understanding of project life cycles
• Knowledge of CCDC contract methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
