You will handle tasks such as electrical and plumbing repairs, completing work orders, and making vacant apartments ready for new tenants. Your expertise in general maintenance will ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the property while working in a hybrid schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete work orders from resident service requests
• Diagnose issues and repair in compliance with standards




• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing through inspections
• Maintain records for service requests and supplies
• Assist in maintaining grounds and common areas
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of property maintenance experience
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
• Versatile schedule for on-call responsibilities
