Tri-County Mennonite Homes in Stratford is seeking a Part time Nurse Practitioner (RN(EC)) reporting to the Executive Director of Greenwood Court. The NP will practice autonomously within the full scope of primary health care and serve as a practitioner, consultant, educator and advocate within the interdisciplinary care team.

The NP collaborates with the Medical Director, physicians and community services to provide residents with comprehensive primary health care and to advance nursing
