The successful candidate will develop and implement change management strategies, engage stakeholders, and drive organizational readiness and adoption throughout the change lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement change management strategies and plans using structured methodologies.* Conduct change impact assessments, organizational readiness assessments, and stakeholder analyses.* Develop and manage communication, training, sponsorship, people manager, and resistance management plans.* Create training materials, presentations, and communication content tailored to diverse audiences.* Identify and address risks, resistance, and barriers to successful change adoption.* Coach and support project teams, leaders, managers, and supervisors throughout the change process.* Integrate change management activities into project plans, schedules, and deliverables.* Engage stakeholders at all organizational levels, monitor issues,



and track change readiness and adoption.* Establish success metrics and monitor progress to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.* Collaborate with project teams and organizational leaders to support successful implementation and sustained adoption of changes. **Requirements** * Prosci (ADKAR) and/or Certified Change Management Skilled (CCMP) certification required.* Minimum of 10 years of change management experience, with strong knowledge of change management methodologies, principles, and tools.* Minimum of 8 years of recent experience working in a project management environment, preferably supporting large-scale organizational change initiatives.* Experience developing communication plans, training materials, presentations, and stakeholder engagement strategies.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.* Strong stakeholder management, coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills.* Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis abilities.* Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.* Ability to collaborate and adapt in complex, ambiguous, and evolving environments.* Familiarity with project management methodologies, processes, and project lifecycles.* Licensed Microsoft Visio required.### Apply Now:Apply Online
