Maarut Inc is seeking a UX Designer to drive user-centered design following the Ontario Digital Service playbook through four delivery phases (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live). You will facilitate discovery, lead user research, and produce research findings to guide prototypes and MVPs in a Scrum environment.
Ideal candidates have extensive UX experience, mobile-first mindset, and solid cross-functional communication to align business and technical teams on goals and outcomes.
