You will assess current brokerage models and collaborate with teams to improve performance while championing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document and assess current Brokerage operating model
• Define SLAs/KPIs and identify efficiency opportunities
• Support governance for Wealth Management activities
• Conduct country gap assessments for operational models
• Drive new programs and product launches for improvement
Requirements:
• University degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in Financial Services
• Proficiency in Wealth Management Operations and technology
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset
• Robust project planning and execution skills
