Janox FluidPower Ltd. is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead manufacturing and repair operations on the shop floor in Delta, BC.
This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching, mentoring, removing obstacles, and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Customer Service to plan daily production, develop high-potential employees, and drive safety and quality.
