Survey Manager – Civil Construction
Lower Mainland, BC | $110,000–$120,000 + perks | Permanent

An established civil contractor is hiring a Survey Manager to lead a small in-house survey team across multiple municipal projects.

What you'll do

Lead, schedule and mentor a team of construction surveyors

Build and check machine control models for grading crews

Manage GNSS, robotic total station and machine control equipment

Support PMs and superintendents with layout, quantities and as-builts

What you'll bring

6+ years in civil construction surveying, including leading a crew

Strong Trimble and machine control experience

AutoCAD or Civil 3D

Valid BC driver's licence
