Webuild is seeking an experienced Indirect Costs Estimator to support the Chief Estimator. You will play a crucial role in developing project staffing, site establishment, and other indirect cost bid components for significant projects. This position demands expertise in cost modeling and an understanding of project schedules while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project organization charts and staffing plans
• Estimate site establishment and temporary works costs
• Price general conditions linked to bid schedules
• Model escalation,
financing-related, and cash flow inputs
• Document indirect cost assumptions for reviews
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 7+ years in estimating large civil projects
• Advanced Excel skills and estimating software experience
• Understanding of P3 and design-build structures
• Willingness to travel within Canada
