As the Loss Prevention Manager, you will oversee operations for Fox Group’s retail stores in Canada. This role requires collaboration with Store Managers and field leadership to tackle inventory loss and improve compliance with regulations. Your expertise will help build awareness and foster a secure environment as you implement effective Loss Prevention measures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and analyze reports on shrink and stock loss
• Conduct store audits and communicate findings
• Manage CCTV and alarm system operations




• Develop LP policies for Canadian stores
• Collaborate with Store Teams on directives and initiatives

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in Loss Prevention management
• Strong background in retail shrink management
• Proven leadership and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
