As we continue to scale our distribution network, product portfolio, inventory, and international operations, we are looking for a hands-on Director of Finance & Strategic Planning to lead our finance function and help structure the next stage of our growth.
This is not a traditional accounting-only role .
We are looking for a CPA who wants to be close to the business — someone who can understand the numbers, challenge assumptions, improve profitability, protect cash flow, strengthen financial controls, and help management make better decisions.
Reporting closely to the CEO and working with the leadership team, this person will lead and develop our internal finance team and collaborate with banks, accountants, tax specialists, government partners, and other external advisors.
The Role
As Director of Finance & Strategic Planning, you will be a key financial partner to the CEO and leadership team.

How much inventory should we purchase?
How much working capital do we need?
How do we improve cash flow?
Where should we invest?
Which customers, products, countries, and channels are the most profitable?
What are the financial risks of a current warehouse, 3PL, market, or expansion project?
How should we structure pricing and customer programs?
How should we finance continued growth?
