• Develop and coordinate operational goals and objectives
• Monitor compliance with regulations and quality standards




• Maintain effective communication with team members
• Manage staffing, including hiring and disciplinary actions
• Implement policies and procedures effectively

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Manufacturing or Aerospace
• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of Transport Canada regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing processes
