Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, as Director of Finance, you’ll oversee financial teams in both US and Canadian operations. Your responsibilities encompass guiding internal finance functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and preparing consolidated financial statements. You'll also play a key role in developing annual budgets while implementing processes for improved organizational control.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee finance and accounting including A/P, A/R, and payroll
• Ensure timely financial reporting for stakeholders




• Drive monthly and quarterly financial close cycles
• Manage compliance filings including S&U; tax
• Lead annual audit process with external partners

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• Minimum 7 years in finance leadership roles
• Experience in multi-currency operations
• Proven problem-solving and organizational skills
