Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement
Randstad Canada is recruiting a Project Manager for a client in the agri-financial sector. The role requires 5–8 years of experience leading projects, programs, and business transformations.

Duration: 5 months, with a possibility of extension

Location: Remote; work CST hours

Pay rate: $79–$95 per hour (INC)

Responsibilities

Lead projects or initiatives through the full project lifecycle, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business outcomes.

Lead discovery, planning, requirements gathering, workshops, stakeholder interviews, and governance discussions.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk and issue logs, dependency logs, communication plans, governance processes, and status reports.

Manage scope changes, assess impacts, and support governance decisions.

Coordinate deliverables across internal teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders, including communications, marketing, digital, content, event, partnership, and engagement workstreams.

Build stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional collaboration and accountability.

Monitor project performance and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges.

Prepare project updates, options analyses, recommendations, and decision materials for sponsors and executives.

Support Agile and hybrid delivery, including backlog, roadmap, and sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.





Identify improvements to project delivery, governance, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

5–8 years of business experience, including at least 3–4 years leading projects, programs, organizational change, or business transformation.

Experience managing projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, implementation, and close-out.

Experience creating project charters, business cases, project plans, schedules, budgets, governance frameworks, communication plans, and status reports.

Experience with requirements gathering, scope management, stakeholder alignment, and management of risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

Experience with Agile, hybrid, and/or traditional project delivery and presenting recommendations to sponsors, steering committees, and senior leaders.

Post-secondary education in a related discipline or equivalent experience, and a project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent.

Preferred background in communications and engagement, stakeholder partnerships, marketing, events, content production, or digital media delivery.
