As a Reliability Manager, you will spearhead the reliability engineering program at Apotex’s international sites. Your leadership in developing strategies will enhance operational efficiency and promote a culture focused on continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include establishing best practices in reliability engineering and managing a team of engineers to optimize and maintain performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead SAP PM optimization initiatives and improvements
• Establish and drive engineering principles and work practices
• Support corporate and site-driven reliability initiatives
• Manage reliability engineers, providing training and guidance
• Develop equipment performance expectations and reporting
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in mechanical or electro-mechanical discipline
• 5-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Solid data analysis and communication skills
• Knowledge of CMMS systems, preferably SAP
• Proven leadership and team facilitation abilities
