One (1) Temporary Part-time (0.2 FTE. 7 hours/week) Secondary Secretary (follows 12-month schedule)
Tuesdays
Reports to: School Principal
Duties and Responsibilities:
General office duties and other tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience:
Secondary school diploma or equivalent.

Assets:
Knowledge and experience with Student Information System or other information system would be an asset.




A high aptitude in computer operations and skill in the use of Microsoft Word.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of office procedures and the use of office equipment.
Applicant must be a willing team player, able to work independently, and be flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks.

Job Requirements:
Clean vulnerable sector police check.
