Our partner company is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant who will lead implementations for both new and existing customers. This role requires gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring integrations, and enabling customer success. You will also engage with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery aligns with customer objectives and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementations, from requirement gathering to training
• Recommend solutions aligned with customer objectives
• Develop prototypes and user acceptance testing guides
• Design custom integrations using APIs and Studio flows
• Track implementation progress and mitigate risks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
• 8+ years in Qualified Services or Consulting
• Experience with CCaaS products and API integrations
• Strong problem-solving abilities and consultative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
