As VP of Engineering, you will report to the CEO and CTO while managing the engineering organization. Key responsibilities include planning, recruiting, and developing talent, as well as ensuring timely delivery of engineering plans. You will drive product validation and oversee collaboration with key stakeholders to enhance product performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engineering planning, recruitment, and resource allocation
• Oversee chip validation and test engineering processes
• Establish design reviews and production approval workflows




• Coordinate with R&D; and project management teams
• Report on program progress and manage key risks

Requirements:
• PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 20 years' experience in the semiconductor industry
• 5 years managing engineering teams
• Robust knowledge of RFIC development and testing
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
