PAL Aerospace Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Manager for our Vaughan, Ontario die cast/machining facility. You will lead the Manufacturing Engineering function with full accountability for performance, from recent-product planning to ramp and ongoing process improvements.
This hands-on leadership role requires starting up operations, planning tooling and fixtures, and driving efficiency, safety, and quality through engineering. Travel to China may be required during equipment transfer and start-up.
