Webuild is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to manage RFQ/RFP submissions, keep bids on schedule, and coordinate input from technical, commercial, legal, HR and partners. The role ensures compliant, polished responses tailored to owner requirements and maintains a robust content library.

You will develop content, manage graphics/assets, and oversee document control while supporting a energetic proposals team across Canadian projects.
