You'll spend the majority of your time on the shop floor ensuring quality execution of work and customer satisfaction. Requirements:
• Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification
• 4+ years of experience with Caterpillar equipment
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and leadership skills
• Robust understanding of heavy equipment repair processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
