RBC is seeking a Team Lead to join the Derivatives Confirmations Group (Commodities) in Toronto. You will link the team with management, support day-to-day performance, and escalate material risks to ensure operational effectiveness.
You will coordinate confirmations, oversee workflows, coach staff, and collaborate with Trading, Sales, and cross-functional teams to align on business objectives while upholding robust controls and regulatory standards, including ISDA.
