Black Semiconductor is searching for a Senior SoC Architect to spearhead the architecture of our Electronics-Photonics IC (EPIC) SoC. In this leadership role, you will transform marketing requirements into an actionable and coherent product document, detailing digital, analog, I/O, and memory subsystems. Your expertise in high-speed SerDes and relevant protocols will play a pivotal role in alignments with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own EPIC SoC technical leadership from concept to production
• Build and document comprehensive product architecture for PRD
• Manage digital and high-speed I/O subsystem architecture




• Collaborate with analog, photonics, and packaging system architects
• Drive full-chip performance, power, and area trade-off analysis

Requirements:
• 7–10 years of SoC architecture experience
• Proficient in high-speed I/O protocols, including UCIe and PCIe
• Robust experience in digital subsystem architecture
• Cross-domain integration skills with subsystem inputs
• Capable of translating MRD into engineering architecture specifications
