Join our dynamic team as a Reliability Engineer, where you'll focus on enhancing equipment uptime and developing maintenance strategies. This instrumental role will also support our new distribution center in Vancouver.

As a Reliability Engineer at the Reyes Family of Businesses, you will play a critical role in both new and existing projects. Your responsibilities will entail hands-on work with design, installation, and commissioning, along with improving preventative maintenance programs. Candidates will expect initial travel to Calgary and Oshawa for training and operational insight.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily checks and repairs on refrigeration equipment
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Monitor energy usage to reduce utility costs




• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using six sigma and kaizen
• Manage technical projects from inception to completion

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in reliability engineering
• Proven knowledge of refrigerated warehouse environments
• Strong communication, presentation, and report writing skills
• Education in Mechatronics or Engineering preferred
• Experience in mechanical or electrical roles is an asset
