We’re partnering with a successful, growing organization in Abbotsford to recruit a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation. Reporting to the CFO , this is a unique opportunity combining Finance transformation, controllership, treasury and business partnership .

The Opportunity

Lead Finance process improvement, automation and technology initiatives .

Modernize manual Finance processes and improve systems, reporting and controls.

Provide controllership leadership for two growing subsidiaries , including month-end close and financial reporting.

Lead and develop one Accountant/Bookkeeper.

Oversee treasury, FX, cash-flow forecasting and corporate insurance .

Partner closely with the CFO, Controller, IT and operational leaders.

What We're Looking For

5–7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.





Controllership or senior accounting management experience.

Proven Finance transformation/process improvement and technology implementation experience.

Robust accounting, systems and analytical capabilities.

Experience with automation, ERP, BI or AI-enabled Finance tools is an asset.

Collaborative, personable leader who can operate comfortably at both the strategic and hands-on level.

Manufacturing/distribution experience is an asset.
