Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group is seeking a Hybrid Account Manager to own strategic industrial processing accounts, drive growth, and manage RFQ-to-PO cycles for high-value projects. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain to protect margins and expand opportunities.

The role requires 5+ years in technical sales/estimation within engineered-to-order manufacturing, with a proven quota of $5M+ and robust cost-estimating skills.
