This position requires strong experience in Waste Water Treatment Plants, a thorough understanding of construction management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Construction Manager will be based on an exciting Waste Water Treatment Plant infrastructure project based on the Island of Vancouver.## **Your role** * Lead and oversee all construction activities to ensure protected, efficient, and successful project delivery.* Ensure that all construction works are in accordance with design specifications and are carried out in accordance with budget, schedule, and quality standards.* Provide field execution leadership and a broad range of high quality and reliable construction expertise in a proactive manner.* Provide technical and administrative leadership and guidance to construction personnel on site.* Maintain ongoing communication with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.* Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction execution, including resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and performance monitoring. ## **About you** * Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in construction management.* Minimum 10 years of on-site experience working in highly regulated,
