The Salvation Army in Canada is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to recruit, screen, onboard, and retain volunteers across programs. You will coordinate schedules, support sites, and promote a welcoming workplace aligned with our mission.
In addition to coordinating the Christmas Kettle Campaign, you will provide orientations, training, and ongoing guidance while maintaining accurate volunteer records and reporting on engagement and impact.
