As a vital player in Liferaft's People & Culture team, you will lead recruitment across various departments, ensuring we attract and retain exceptional talent. Your focus will be on managing hiring for Engineering, Product & Innovation, and G&A; while overseeing key employee lifecycle processes. This position offers autonomy to implement cutting-edge programs that enhance our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Develop structured interviews and assessment criteria
• Analyze market trends to inform hiring practices
• Manage recruitment metrics and candidate experience
• Run onboarding and learning programs for new hires
Requirements:
• 5+ years in recruitment, 3+ in B2B SaaS
• Experience as a lead recruiter with no support
• Technical hiring across multiple functions
• Proficient in ATS administration and AI tools
• Knowledge of recruitment regulations in NS, ON, and QC
