We're looking for a friendly, dependable Budtender to join our cannabis dispensary team full time. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, understands responsible cannabis retail, and can work evening shifts on weekdays and shifts on weekends.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers and provide helpful, informed service.
- Ask questions to understand customers' needs and guide them through available products.
- Maintain accurate records and handle sales and payments responsibly.
- Keep the sales floor and displays clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Support inventory counts, product receiving, and other daily store tasks.
- Work cooperatively with the team to create a safe, professional store environment.
Required qualifications
- Previous experience working in a cannabis dispensary.
- A valid SellSafe cannabis retail certification.
- Availability to work full-time, including weekday evening shifts and weekends.
- Strong customer-service and communication skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and comfortable following detailed procedures.
Schedule
Full-time. Evening availability on weekdays and availability on weekends are required. Specific shifts will be discussed during the hiring process.
