This role is crucial in providing effective relationships and guidance in addressing Indigenous health needs and priorities within Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build trusted partnerships with communities and health organizations
• Lead engagement in health-system planning and policy design




• Strengthen relationships across regional and provincial stakeholders
• Manage projects from concept through implementation
• Develop reports and presentations addressing operational issues

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a health-related field
• 3-5 years' experience in leading healthcare projects
• Robust leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of social determinants of health
• Experience working with Indigenous communities
