Our client is seeking a Release Manager to join their team. As a Release Manager, you will be part of the program delivery organization supporting cross-functional teams and vendors. The ideal candidate will bring robust release planning discipline, clear stakeholder communication, and a proactive approach to risk management—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Define and execute the release management strategy, integrated release schedule, cutover plan, and migration runbook for a large-scale application and data migration program.
Lead cross-workstream coordination and vendor alignment to ensure releases are planned, tracked, and delivered with confidence.
Run release readiness reviews and cutover rehearsals to validate readiness, confirm dependencies, and reduce deployment risk.
Provide Go-Live governance, manage issue escalation, and coordinate post-deployment stabilization to support a successful transition to production.
Ensure smooth handoff to operations by confirming operational readiness and supporting the transition of responsibilities.
What's Needed?
Experience owning release management activities for complex, large-scale application and/or data migration efforts.
Strong ability to build and manage integrated release schedules, cutover plans, and migration runbooks.
Proven capability to lead cross-functional and vendor coordination, including readiness reviews and rehearsal planning.
Solid governance and escalation skills to manage issues during Go-Live and post-deployment stabilization.




Clear communication and organization skills to drive alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
