With a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations or a related field, you should have 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing environments. Your role involves improving processing workflows, ensuring safety standards are met, and fostering competent staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise hot wheel processing and inspection activities - Plan and coordinate maintenance work to avoid production delays - Monitor production to meet quality and AAR specifications - Schedule personnel for optimal manpower utilization - Enforce company rules and resolve employee complaints
