This permanent position is essential to the People & Culture team. The role encompasses recruitment and selection processes, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. With a focus on building relationships and managing multiple HR priorities, you will contribute significantly to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate recruitment processes and conduct interviews
- Maintain recruitment database and track statistics
- Administer HR policies and compliance programs
- Assist with workplace investigations and employee relations
- Maintain employee files and documentation

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of HR experience focused on employee relations
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation and best practices
- Experience with HRIS and ATS with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and excellent communication skills
