This part-time role is essential for creating dynamic and engaging outdoor experiences. You will lead inquiry-based exploration while ensuring a safe workplace for children. Ideal candidates are certified and have experience with school-aged kids, combining play-focused education with outdoor supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Supervise children in diverse outdoor settings
- Conduct risk assessments for safety
- Build relationships with families and children
- Document children's learning through observations

Requirements:

- Valid ECE, ECEA, or Responsible certification
- Experience working with school-aged children
- First Aid with CPR Level B certification
- Comfort working outdoors year-round
- Criminal Record Checks and work eligibility proof
