As a Relief Residential Client Advocate, you will utilize an anti-racist, anti-oppressive framework in assisting women-identified individuals and their dependents. Your responsibilities will involve risk assessments, safety planning, conflict resolution, and facilitating resource access for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans
- Ensure the shelter's overall safety and security
- Facilitate resources and referrals for service users
- Participate in on-site group activities for clients
- Maintain accurate records using case management tools
Requirements:
- Diploma in Social Service Work or higher preferred
- Minimum one year of related work experience
- Strong understanding of gender-based violence and trauma
- Excellent crisis intervention and counselling skills
- Fluency in French is an asset
