Are you a hands-on professional with a knack for fixing things and maintaining top-notch facilities? We're looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure our hotel remains in like-new condition - protected, clean, and welcoming for every guest.

What You'll Do:

- Perform ceramic tile installation, grouting, and repairs
- Handle basic carpentry work and assist with building projects
- Carry out plumbing repairs on toilets, showers, and bathtubs
- Repair drywall and perform painting touch-ups
- Conduct small appliance and furniture repairs
- Fix doors, windows, and hardware
- Perform electrical repairs (fixtures, outlets)
- Complete regular mechanical maintenance and chemical maintenance routines
- Assist with the inventory of maintenance supplies




- Inspect and maintain guest rooms according to set standards
- Safely lift heavy objects and work at heights when needed
- Support the team with additional maintenance tasks as required
- Interact with guests and team members in a courteous and professional manner

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and be on call if needed
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
