Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze financial submissions for accuracy and compliance
- Develop financial variance reports and decision-support packages
- Create annual property tax rates and related bylaws
- Assess impacts of capital projects on budget and taxation
- Maintain internal controls for effective financial processes
Requirements:
- University degree in business, accounting, or finance
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in budgeting and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft 365
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent supervisory and leadership capabilities
