Block, Inc. is hiring an SMB Account Manager - West Coast Remote to nurture merchant relationships and expand Square's footprint. You will manage a multi-million GPV book, identify opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Support and Product to optimize outcomes for diverse merchants.

The role requires 2–3 years in sales/account management, a robust pipeline mindset, and excellent communication. Remote work from Western Canada is supported with competitive pay and benefits.
