Job Title: General Insurance Broker (Licensed & Experienced Required) – 2 Positions Available

Location: Leduc, AB
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends, closed all statutory holidays)

The Opportunity: We are currently seeking two (2) General Insurance Brokers to join our growing team and assist with our expansion. Please note: An active Alberta General Insurance License is a strict mandatory requirement for this role, along with prior brokerage experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills (Must-Haves):

- Active Alberta Insurance License: You must currently hold a valid AIC General Insurance License (Level 1 or Level 2). Applications without a license will not be considered.
- Experience Required: Proven experience working as an insurance broker, managing client portfolios, and quoting/binding policies.
- Strong Client Focus: Ability to provide dedicated, polite, and transparent service to our clients, avoiding an "impersonal call centre" approach.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating insurance portals and modern digital tools (such as our client Centre).
- Location: Ability to commute to our Leduc office as needed for hybrid office days.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide tailored, transparent insurance advice to new and existing clients for Personal or Recreational lines.(Commercial & Farm would be an asset.)
- Manage client accounts with precision, handling renewals, policy changes, and coverage inquiries.
- Educate clients on utilizing our client Centre portal to manage their policies
- Maintain strong, trusted relationships with our key insurance partners to find the best market solutions for clients.
