This role serves as the senior HR business representative within the SAP ERP transformation, bridging HR stakeholders and SAP implementation teams across solution design, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities. The position supports enterprise HR process transformation spanning workforce management, payroll integration, talent management, organizational management, and employee lifecycle processes.
