Duties

- Perform professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special styling requests with precision and creativity
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and providing personalized recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure safety and hygiene compliance
- Engage clients through upselling retail products that suit their hair care needs, enhancing their experience and satisfaction
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently




- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare instructions, and upcoming promotions or services
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster a loyal clientele base

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a hairstylist with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and skill
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively discuss styles, products, and services with clients
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while providing genuine recommendations
- Experience in retail sales or front desk operations is a plus but not required
- Self-motivated team player committed to ongoing learning and qualified growth

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
