Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct entry
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely delivery to guests
- Manage guest inquiries or complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Support food preparation tasks as needed,



adhering to food safety guidelines and restaurant standards
- Assist in closing duties such as balancing registers, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is highly preferred
- Must be bilingual
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations in the food industry
- Basic math skills for cashiering, math calculations, and billing accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience or hospitality background is advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and provide guest services that exceed expectations
