We are looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Retail Operations Assistant to join our kids’ apparel store in Vancouver.

This is a hands-on retail role combining customer service with day-to-day store operations, including merchandising, restocking, inventory organization, receiving, and setting up new arrivals.

Schedule

- Minimum 3 days per week
- Must be consistently available Saturdays and Sundays, plus one weekday
- Looking for someone interested in a stable, long-term part-time schedule

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers and provide product and sizing recommendations
- Maintain attractive, organized product displays
- Restock merchandise based on sales and inventory needs
- Organize and merchandise new arrivals
- Keep inventory and storage areas organized
- Assist with receiving shipments and inventory counts
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Previous retail experience
- Kids’ apparel, clothing, or footwear experience is an asset
- Organized, detail-oriented,



and comfortable with hands-on store operations
- Responsible and proactive—you notice what needs to be done and take initiative
- Friendly with customers and a good team player
- Able to work independently when needed
