Condo Corporation #7 is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper at their Coldbrook Crescent location on the east side of Saint John . This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the condominium complex throughout the year.
The ideal candidate is physically capable, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
Building & Common Area Maintenance
● Daily cleaning and upkeep of building common areas
● Sweeping and mopping floors
● Cleaning entrances, hallways, stairwells and other common areas
● Emptying garbage and recycling
● Performing other general cleaning and maintenance duties as required
Grounds Maintenance
● Mowing and maintaining grass throughout the complex during the summer months
● Trimming grass and maintaining landscaped areas
● Keeping exterior common areas clean and tidy
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
● Be physically capable of performing the duties of the position
● Be comfortable working independently
● Be reliable, punctual and responsible
● Take pride in maintaining a clean and well-kept property
● Be able to operate basic grounds maintenance equipment
Previous experience in groundskeeping, custodial work, property maintenance or a similar position would be considered an asset, but is not necessarily required.
