Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of food items efficiently and according to company standards, maintaining high levels of food safety and sanitation.
- Operate the Micros POS system accurately for order processing, cash handling, and transaction management.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing any questions or concerns with enthusiasm.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including kitchen areas and dining spaces, adhering to sanitation protocols.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality.




- Follow all food handling procedures and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both team members and customers.

Requirements

- Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in cashiering, cash handling, or restaurant operations is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash transactions and order accuracy.
- Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is beneficial but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
