Key Responsibilities

- Represent client brands professionally and positively in direct customer interactions.
- Support sales and customer acquisition initiatives for our partners.
- Engage with customers to explain products, services, and available offers.
- Build genuine rapport with customers and create positive interactions.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Respond to customer questions with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the customer experience.
- Assist with basic customer and market data collection.
- Participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions.
- Contribute ideas that can help improve team performance and customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is considered an asset, but is not required.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from approximately 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m or 3 weekdays for part time roles.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers.
- Ability to build rapport with customers, clients, and coworkers.
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.
