Location: Hankki Acadia, Calgary
Position: Full-time only — we are not hiring part-time staff
Hours: 30–44 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends

Pay & Benefits

- FOH: Starting at $16.50/hour + tips
- BOH: Starting at $17.25/hour + tips
- Guaranteed $0.25/hour raise every six months after completing training. If you receive a promotion-related wage increase, your next six-month period begins on that date.
- Paid training: A minimum of 10 training shifts

- Statutory holiday pay and overtime pay, where applicable

Availability & Reliability

We are looking for applicants with open availability across weekdays and weekends, able to work shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Applicants with limited availability or frequent scheduling restrictions may not be a match for this position.

Please disclose any ongoing availability restrictions when applying. Once your availability is agreed upon and shifts are assigned, we expect you to arrive on time and consistently follow your schedule.

The first three months are a probationary period, during which we assess attendance, punctuality, performance, and reliability. Repeated attendance issues or an inability to work agreed shifts because of personal scheduling conflicts may result in employment ending during this period, subject to applicable employment standards and accommodation requirements.





Your Role

FOH — Front of House

- Welcome guests, take orders, and process payments accurately.
- Prepare bowls, Korean corndogs, bingsu, and other menu items.
- Assemble and check dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders.
- Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns.

BOH — Back of House

- Prepare ingredients and cook according to Hankki’s recipes.
- Maintain consistent portions, food quality, and presentation.
- Organize, store, and replenish ingredients properly.
- Work closely with FOH to keep orders moving efficiently.

All Team Members

- Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, dishwashing, and restocking.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Move between stations and manage multiple tasks with speed and accuracy.
- Communicate clearly and help teammates when needed.

Experience in rapid food, food courts, or quick-service restaurants is an asset.
